Report on the last seminar.

Dr. (Mrs.) S. B. Williams handled the theoretical information on FishBase on Friday 28th September 2001 (Work Sessions 1, 3 &4). To ensure that all the participants are convinced of the need to include economics in the process of Fisheries Management, Dr. T. Alimi presented a paper presented titled 'Feasibility Report of Fish Production' in the training course. The practical aspects of the Course started on Friday evening
(Work sessions 5 & 6).
All day Saturday 29th September was spent on the Computer by the participants who by then have become experts in pulling out information from the FishBase and other internet outlets using the 'Goggle Search Engine'
(Work sessions 7 & 8).

A short session was held to summarize the outcome of the training course as well as to carry out an assessment of the whole package.
